Pariksha Pe Charcha: Empowering Students to Overcome Exam Stress

Greater Noida | 10 February 2025

As examination season approaches, students often find themselves dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, and immense academic pressure. Recognizing the need to support young learners during this crucial period, the Bougainvillea Art Foundation organized a special session on "Pariksha Pe Charcha" at Samsara World School, Greater Noida, on 10 February 2025.

The interactive session was conducted by Dr. Kaynat Kazi, Founder of Bougainvillea Art Foundation, who engaged students in meaningful discussions on managing examination stress, building confidence, and developing a positive mindset towards learning and assessment.

During the session, Dr. Kazi encouraged students to view examinations not as a source of fear but as an opportunity to showcase their learning and growth. She shared practical strategies for time management, effective study planning, maintaining emotional well-being, and balancing academic responsibilities with self-care.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of staying focused, avoiding unhealthy comparisons, and developing resilience in the face of challenges. Students were encouraged to ask questions, share their concerns, and participate in open conversations about the pressures they experience during examinations.

One of the key messages of the programme was that success is not defined solely by marks but by continuous learning, effort, and personal growth. Through real-life examples and interactive activities, students learned techniques to remain calm, motivated, and confident throughout the examination period.

The session received an enthusiastic response from students and teachers alike, creating a supportive environment where young learners felt heard, understood, and encouraged.

Through initiatives such as Pariksha Pe Charcha, the Bougainvillea Art Foundation continues its commitment to promoting student well-being, mental health awareness, and holistic education. By equipping students with the tools to manage stress and build confidence, the Foundation aims to nurture resilient and empowered young individuals prepared to face future challenges with optimism and determination.
